U bjp / Hindu people follow UCC. We indi alliance, will go street & fight to oppose it. It's mainly brought to kill the happiness of Muslim men. If ucc comes, they must give equal right in property, only one marriage, & family planning will apply. So Muslim men got cheated & shariya will allow this. So we indi alliance will support Muslim board. Yes our party or Muslim not opposing criminal law / bns. Thet will follow it as Indian citizen, but they need shariya, for civil / religion / personal matters. We as opposite party will oppose Modi government decision & will support Muslim brothers. Muslim elected politicians in India took the oath to follow and protect the Indian Constitution but when the Supreme Court of India ruled that all women including MUSLIM WOMEN ARE ENTITLED AS A RIGHT TO LIFELONG ALIMONY WHEN DIVORCED BY THEIR HUSBANDS the same Elected Muslim Politicians are going to the same Supreme Court to APPEAL AGAINST THE DECISION by SAYING THAT MUSLIM SHARIAH LAWS WILL SUPERCEDE THE PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION WHICH STATES THAT ALL ARE ENTITLED TO RIGHTS AS PROVIDED AND THAT CONSTRUCTION ID SUPREME AND SUPERCEDES PERSONAL LAWS. Among the reasons given is that HUSBANDS MAY NOT DIVORCE THEIR WIVES TO AVOID ALIMONY PAYMENTS AND THUS THIS MAY RESULT IN WIVES CONTINUING TO SUFFER. Most Muslim women are reported to be in favour and welcoming the Supreme Court decision but most Muslim politicians and Ulamas and Maulvis and Ustads are objecting but there are exceptions where some women are reported to be against the alimony decision and also some Muslims including Maulvis who support the Supreme Court decision. Views of Islamic scholars from Saudi Arabia and other Muslim Majority countries and OIC are not known as no available reports in media. Bless all
Help should be provided when asked for. SC also provides judgement when appeal is there. When one community women is not asking for any such changes what is the point of BJP jumping to take credit for non-issue for them
Yes there are many cases filed by Muslim women ... if you check some have received as less than some thousands of rupees and thrown out with infant child.
Who are u to decide. We congress & indi alliance support shariya law. In fact we mentioned food & religion there practice, we won't touch it. For indi alliance, not only Muslim men voted, even 100% , Muslim woman agreed. 2ndly, even if it hurts Muslim woman, we indi alliance will oppose this law, because we don't want give this credit to bjp / modi. So we already directed Kapil sibal & entire team of lawyers to challenge matter on behalf of Muslim law board
