could you guys do a review with a BFM dog fight? id like to see how the head tracking works for looking 180+ degrees vs how wel track IR works. thanks :)
The reason for that is I did notice delay when you looked around, but don't know if that's part of DCS/MSFS. In army with TrackIR, I know my view moves instantly with my head (no slew/delay).
No problem, will upload an ARMA3 vedio. That is my comfortable setting in vedio. The response can be adjust by setting software. I didn't notice delay when play games.I don't know why in the vedio it looks like some delay. I used TrackIR before. They are almost same performances.Aimxyz is more convenient.
I just got one of these, it's really bad compared to be track IR, I'll put up with wearing a hat so I can have accurate tracking. the AimXY Z just isn't good enough to aim with in the AH64, and aligning the boresight is nearly impossible.
Would be nice if you posted your video since I've yet to see one negative video and negative videos showing such feedback is exactly what people look for before buying it.
so cool. I didn't know you can zoom in by leaning forward. you need to edit the front of the video. Too much time doing the calibration without information. Many viewers don't wait so long to see the video. Go quickly to using the HEADtracker.
Il-2 Forgotten Battles, ACE, Pacific Fighters, in our game support list. You can have a look at our brochure first. Please send me an email if you can't solve it.
Just received mine two days ago, great quality and tracks smooth but I have one problem and I can not seem to find a work around, maybe someone can help. I have a Razer Huntsman keyboard and it completely stops working when I start DCS world Steam version.
Hello, Do you conect aimxyz and keyboard to same hub?Maybe it is the power low problem.Have a try to different usb port, mainboard usb port is the best choice
@@cubesim The keyboard is on a powered hub. The camera is directly into the motherboard. I am going to try a different keyboard, maybe it’s that and the keyboard app don’t get along. Will update in a couple hours.
Hey this seems cool. I use open-source software on my webcam and it's just not good enough, especially in extreme cases. I wonder how this would do on top of a 55" TV when I'm less than 1m from it ? Where would you position it ? Would it still track as well ? What is the minimum distance and the maximum head angle (vertical and horizontal)?
