Ain Zhalta and Nabeh El-Safa are a united village under the same municipality in the Chouf District of Mount Lebanon, لبنان in Arabic عين زحلتا نبع الصفا
Located 39KM east of the capital city of Lebanon " Beirut". The village is well known of its pure drinking water sources:
Al Safa, Al Qaa, Al Riaan, Al Tannour, Al Hilf.
Elevation above sea level is of 1220m, Ain Zhalta has a total area of 17km2. it is a charming village of Shouf including the cedar forest of Ain Zhalta-Bmohray which is part of the Shouf Reserve, listed by UNESCO as a biosphere reserve in July 2005.
