Aion 6.0 (KR) - Leveling & Storyline (75-78) - [FULL]

Finishing up the Signia storyline and making our way to over-populated Lacrum where all the activity is. Online-rate of Korean server that I'm leveling on is over 4.000 players, the balance rate is like 30% elyos (side that I play on) and 70% asmo (you will see it in the future videos). It is really challenging to accompish even easy-type quests like killing 10 mobs with such crowds of people and bots around. The next part is gonna feature lots of my encounters with the dominating side. My laptop barely able to come up with all this :D
Please note that the footage was recorded with my laptop, so it gets a bit laggy at some points.
My ping to Korean servers via Pingzapper is 150+ from my workspace conncetion, and 350+ from home, so that's the reason I have to use laptop to record gameplay with decent PvE-ping.

god, i hate the new transformation system, every time they add something its like one step backwards. now i cant even see my armor skin, i have to see some wack transformation. pls tell me you can get the stats without the visual...

Yes, you can purchase transparent transformation orders with quna (new donate-bound currency). Aion has stepped on the way of micro transactions like mobile games.

Fuck me, 6.0 seemed to good to be true... Are the ones you buy with quna permanent at least?

No :D It's a way to make money since they've cancelled the obligatory subscription payment. But 6.0 is too far away yet from our regions, while it being 6.2 on Korean PTS already. So it might all be changed and optimised by the time it finally comes to us. The original Korean Aion is different and has always been different from regional versions. Publishers should realize that they can't just blindely export the game version to RU, EU and NA localizations without much changes badly needed.

What are the rewards if you get lvl 75 before 6.0?

what do you mean, exactly? you won't have to level all the way up. you will have your gear exchanged into new one according to your publisher rules.

A friend said to me that in Korea, users that got to lvl 75 before the 6.0 patch got some rewards thanks for the answer

I can't tell, everyone on this very server are newly-created chars, since it's been launched along with 6.0 update.

the gear that looks like the old bloodmarks in the beginning of the video, it doesn't give you PvP stats? you replaced some gear that was giving you PvE stats with this new bloodmark gear... :/ which doesn't give any bonuses? hm... Also none of the boxes drops atk speed gloves for songweaver? :/ this is sad....

You will see PvP-boxes in upcoming videos as well. But they are really pathetic. None of new equipment parts include attack or cast or running speed any longer, not even the premium ones. You have to buy a transformation scroll. The better grade of transformation combinations you have the more bonus you get. The final transformation stage to achieve is Kassiel. Kromede is also good, and some others as well. It even reflects in the world chat if somebody successfully enchants a transformation stage up to Kromede and higher. So, you will not find any bonuses of the nature mentioned by you in equipment any longer. It works differently for now. Sadly.

oh... I didn't know that... yea, that's a bit sad... but I guess this way they allowed more options for customization instead of getting the right type of gear but with the wrong stats... like it was possible in previous patches. So I guess all gear in 5.8 does not exist any more in 6.0, right? At first I thought they would preserve some of it... but maybe that's not possible with the big changes

They will exchange Abyss 75 and 80 gear according to the table (Korean table will not match regional ones) and top-end PvE gear like Fallusha. The older lower-tire gear will remain as is. You will still be able to use it on your characters, far as I get it. Even weapons with godstones inside will remain, some Korean players still switch to them to get GS-procs (might have already been fixed or confiscated or GS's removed - can't tell you for sure). In general, early 6.0 looks like a huge beta-version and a playground for the developer. So, hopefully we'll get 6.2 at once.
