Aion Empire 1.9 English Voice Pack Guide for NPC & SKILLS 

Hi guys,
For some players out there who is wondering how or where to find English voice pack for this server and patch, at last I came across with a solution, helped by a guild mate (the actual credit goes to him "Mystique"). And it worked.
