Rats and more rats! A 2 dayer this turned into as the fog ruined the first night, but I certainly still got plenty.

Excellent as always. Watching just shows you don’t realise where all the dirty rats have been during the night, spreading their crap. Then the farmer touches these areas next day. Excellent job getting rid of them👍👍👍

That was some flawless shooting, at least when you had a pellet in the chamber 😀. I particularly appreciated the .25 overkill and the daylight segments in general!

Thanks. I try to film during the day so there is a difference perspective and I can film in 240 frames per second, but the GoPro and Eagle Vision need a lot of light to get decent footage.

I believe the PARD is exaggerating the sound but in reality it's very quiet.

Hi John, In my FAC .25 it's pretty fun to shoot a heavy pellet and you get to hear the impact they make on contact with the target. I could easily shoot sub 12 in .177 but I like to mix things up a bit. It's more fun!

Can you tell me are you using a 12 or 17 mm pard ? And at what mag your scope is set . many thanks and great vids

It’s the 12mm PARD and I always shoot on the minimum magnification which is x 3 on the AA and x 6 on the Impact. I might zoom in a little if they are at a slightly further distance and I am in a comfortable, stable position, such as prone with the bipod.

For the night shots, are you using a light as apart of your setup? Or is that view just the night vision?

When it's completely dark I use night vision, it's the infrared light making things look fully lit up when looking through the night vision scope.

2 questions bud, what LRF are you using for the night shooting, and what mag do you have on the scope with the Pard?

It is a LE032 (look in the video description for the link) and I use x 3 magnification, unless it's a further distance and I'm expecting them to stay still.

At 8:54, does your s510 just clamp onto that bipod or do you need a bracket?

It’s not the best with the Impact, so I wouldn’t recommend using an Impact on it.

@@mathewturnock1718 I had the Slug A liner and was not convinced so I stuck with heavy 33.95gr JSB oellets, but the superior heavy liner is a lot less fussy with slugs and shoots under 1 inch centre to centre at 100 yards.

Thanks. It never used to be like that when I first got permission here, but late last year the rats have just exploded and continue to keep coming. Going again in a few weeks.
