Great tour! I like to look around specific aircrafts before a flight. I really appreciate your efforts and Sylvain's time and efforts as well! As a retired travel agent I have to recommend anyone booking travel to contact a travel agent like yourself rather than booking on online discount 3rd party website. After I retired, I thought I was being smart and used discount websites. Well, if everything goes well, it goes VERY WELL, but when things go badly - it's a nightmare - long stories short - I've lost about 2 thousand dollars all because I was trying to "save a buck". I won't use the discount online travel websites anymore, I always deal either directly with the airline (for simple flights) or a reputable agent like yourself for vacation packages, cruises and complicated multi leg flights.
