Doing this same flight in about 3 weeks, never been to montreal or any of eastern canada, always been in the west although it looks amazing. I am expecting it to be weird being in my country and not understanding the language spoken around me.

Yeah it's definitely a little weird at first, but once they realize you don't speak French, they easily revert back to English. Enjoy your flight :)

I am hoping to fly to the Philippines come summer via Air Canada, the seats look very comfy for the long flight compared to the 777's i've been flying with. Even the take off sound is more tame! 😮 this was such a wonderful flight, I am looking forward. 😍 Especially! The booze! Bring it on haha!

We have the same flight, Montreal connecting to Rome. No checked bags. Did you still have to go through customs? About how long did it take if so? We only have a 58 min layover 😬😬😬

Yeah you have to go through Customs. I went at the height of COVID and it took a good 30 minutes (getting to it took the longest time). You might want to power walk/run. :)
