Jay you're the man I don't understand why you don't have more subs keep it up I used to like those drums.. then I learned how to cook and those flats are the best. You cook them right and you can suck those flats clean off the bone.

I bake chicken but it doesn’t hold flavor from seasonings I put on it. Anyone have any advice? Is there such thing as baking it so long it lose flavor…?

Are you baking on a wire rack? If not that may be the issue
