Here's the instructional video for my Air Fried Suon Nuong Toi! I've always grilled them but then I experimented my recipe with the air fryer and it came out crispy and juicy on the inside! Cooking it in the air fryer was so easy. You only have to flip the ribs once and it saves you time from having to monitor your cooking. If you don't have an air fryer you can still enjoy these ribs by grilling it the traditional way using the same marinade.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb baby back ribs
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 chopped white part of green onion
1/4 cup coconut water
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp onion powder
pinch of black pepper
-garnish with some green onions
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator
2. Place them in the air fryer as a single layer
3. Set the air fryer for 30 minutes at 375 degrees F. After the first 15 minutes flip the ribs to allow for even cooking
4. Garnish with green onions and serve with some rice and veggies or soup
