Everyone is talking about air fryers and I finally decided to get one and I chose the Princess Aerofryer, mainly because of its capacity. I must say I was a bit skeptic at first but after a few days I am loving it. I tried to recreate a classic salsa and crispy tacos, crunchy tacos or "tacos dorados" as we call them and while I think they are not 100% the same as making everything the traditional way, they get quite close and considering how quick these recipes were, I can say the air fryer will be getting its own spot in my kitchen.
