Ingredients
1 pound chicken breast
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese divided into 2
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon chili paste: substitute with sriracha or any other hot sauce you prefer, and please use accordingly. The chili paste I used is the bottled one from Aldi (not sponsored), and it's not hot at all.
1/2 Tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon onion granules
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
