Ingredients:
4-5 Pork Chops
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Cornstarch
Directions:
Mix together onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper
Season Pork Chops with seasonings
Mix cornstarch and flour and season it with the same seasoning used for pork chops
Cover pork chops in flour and cornstarch mix
Preheat Air fryer
Spray basket with olive oil spray
Add pork Chops
Spray pork chops with olive oil spray
Cook on 380 Degrees for 8 mins
Flip pork chops at the halfway mark
Spray any flour spots with olive oil spray
Continue cooking until done
