Air fryer recipe: Healthy airfried beetroot cutlets

Hey lovelies and Smarties!
This is a healthier version of Cutlets. No need to deep fry. Just air fry and enjoy.
Measurements here will make around 7 cutlets.
Ingredients are:
2 boiled grated beetroot
1 grated carrot (no need to boil, just grate finely)
Lil Frozen or boiled peas
3 boiled n smashed potatoes
1 tbsp peanuts
3 tbsp soaked chidva
1 teaspoon (tspn) red chilli powder
1 tspn roasted jeera powder
A pinch of haldi
Salt n black salt to taste
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tbsp sugar
Chopped coriander
Grated Ginger
Fennel seeds
Dry cornflour for coating 2 tbspn
Runny cornflour mix made with water n cornflour
For breadcrumbs: Toast 2 slices of bread and once cool, run them into dry grinder in mixer.
