when you turned them over and put back in the mold you could add some cedar cheese and have it melted on the top. For me the best part was the temp and time in the comment section. now I can screen shoot it and take it to the kitchen. Thanks
I used an egg poacher for frying pan (3 egg holders). filled up each cup and cooked at 185 C for 5 minutes...they turned out perfect! Thx for sharing Doug!
I add the bacon into the blender with the egg mixture to make sure that yummy flavor is well distributed. Also made these with breakfast sausage. Mmmm good!
Hey hey!!! Looks amazing!!! Trying in the morning. Just a little tip you can freeze the cottage cheese and even the whipping cream in the freezer to save for batches! Just maybe combine what ingredients of both in 1 package and freeze in freezer bags or even a container!!!! Thanks so much for this my friend!!!!

I must say that I am impressed and also jealous of all your kitchen toys. My George foreman got burned up in a fire at my husband's work a few years ago. I was so sad cause I loved that thing. I just got an air fryer for Christmas so I need to get some great ideas. Glad I found your channel.
Great tips on using the air fryer to make these bites. I would stick the toothpick in the center of one of the eggs and if it comes out clean then you are good to go. Love the flipping idea to give it that extra finishing touch. :)

I noticed in the recipe it says 380 for 6 minutes and then 360 for 4 minutes but you said 2 minutes can you tell me exactly so I can try it I already have the molds ready to do. Shut my cottage cheese I do love your timer

Steve at Serious Keto has a similar recipe but uses the Insant Pot. Looks easier and more foolproof. But I like the nice crust idea. I wonder how they compare? LOL I wrote this mid-video. Sounds like Dough is way ahead of me. Of course 😅
I would say the instant pot(pressure cooker) only because so many people have done it already to see, I had to be the guinea pig for the air fryer 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 but both came out tasting the same
This recipe is designed to taste like the Starbucks sous vide egg bites. The first ingredient on their list is cottage cheese. It makes them light and fluffy instead of all dense. Guarantee if you don't add it, they will be good...but not like the Starbucks ones. 🙂
