Y’all really don’t understand the impact Air Gear had on my life when I was younger. I wanted this so damn bad that I started studying engineering and now am working on my Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. I don’t care if it takes me a lifetime, my goal is to bring this to life and bring joy to everyone around the world. We all deserve the freedom AirTreks can bring and I don’t care if I go broke doing it…it WILL be done.
***** By the time inline skating became popular in Japan, Air Gear wasn't even out. With the time Air Gear gained popularity in other countries. The thing is... It won't get popularity in Japan, and honestly nowadays inline skating isn't getting too much attention so... Meh, maybe a reboot... IF THE MUSIC STAYS THE SAME... It would be awesome
Alex Delgado Hmmm... Some studios may be able to make a decent animation, maybe Madhouse, for example, but yeah the art of Oh! Great! Is just TOO GOOD for a serial anime.
Jeez, Hideki Naganuma has a thing for doing music for things related around moving fast. (Air Gear, Sonic Rush, Jet Set Radio and Jet Set Radio Future (I think)) (Hover, Ollie King, Bomb Rush Cyberpunk this man's insane).
Ollie King (nobody remembers that cuz it's an obscure arcade cabinet thing), Lethal League Blaze, Bomb Rush Cyberfunk (not out yet), yeah. Does Yakuza's spin-off Kurohyo count? Because the music he'd done for it is really good, and I guess fists flying around the battle are something that moves fast
@@humpsterthedumpster3653 Id count Kurohyou, although he does make some slower more dark songs for that. A lot of fights in kurohyou can be frantic weaving and hitting with a lot of key timing and focus as you and your opponent circle and strike each other, so i guess it works.
This screams 2000-2003 , hot summers, white t-shirts with cargo pants, wrist bracelets made of gummy plastic, teenybop-esque music and the hey day of imaginative gaming, anime and electronic media.
Wait I am assuming you mean Hideki Naganuma the composer for Jet Set Radio ? This is him ? I thought it was because it just sounds so much like his style.
this song brings joy to my heart and tear to my eyes, every time I hear it. This anime is something special. even after all these years I still fell the same way I did 11 years ago. thank you, Air Gear.
I just got out of prison a few days ago, hadn’t heard music in a while. Only on commercials, coming home to this was like eating pizza for the first time.
Masayume "Genres that Skankfunk have been been known to mix into are Funk, J-rock, Drum n Bass, Techno, Big Beat, Cut and Paste, and Acoustic sound." -MyAnimeList
I see some comments on how they stumbled upon this song because of a DMC video, and yet none of them list out what's the video. So the title of that video is called "What 2000 Hours of Dante Looks Like in Devil May Cry 5"
Love sensation is the definition of _BREAK on the SKY._ One of those themes that makes you feel so cool, happy and like soaring in the Air with AirTreks like Ikki. 4:35am 16.7.2024
Probably my most favorite theme from *Air Gear.* When Ikki was trekking solo at night in episode 6 I saw 2 day ago, this song kicked in, knew it was one of the coolest scenes in anime 💓💓💓 12:45am 12.3.2024
Air Gear easily wins as one of the best anime soundtracks I ever heard. Usually anime soundtracks are mostly made with slow orchestras and yea, pretty much that and mostly mid, but Air Gear went all in with such upbeat songs. Usually anime soundtracks only have their OP and ED songs to be the most upbeat ones throughout the entire anime's soundtrack. but Air Gear? It all went bop thanks to Hideki.
I put on some AT's and started riding the Chain, so I became a Skygrinder and with this Love Sensation I became a Tricky Sister Girl who unfortunatly had some Vertigo High and I simply started to Rise Electric I was Overlooked until I played Her Groovy Trick while a guy yelled Dam Da Damn
Im going roller skating this monday for a "back to school skate event" my school is throwing.. my friend asked me the other day whats a good song to play. im gonna suggest this to him!
I'''MMMMMMMM JUST GONNA SAY THIS... this WHOLE anime reminded me of Jet Set Radio in Anime form, and the soundtrack didn't dissappoint with this nostalgia either lol such a great show... season 2 needs to come out already... am i right?
