An Indian touch is lacking a little in this video. Nevertheless, AI has a long way to go and glad to see that they have taken steps in the right direction. We will all witness the journey of Air India as they start to compete with the well established Gulf and European Carriers and hope for the best outcome. Pls also treat the passengers better. We as passengers need to respect our airline but behaving ourselves while boarding and disbanding the flights and keep the toilets clean after using it. As well all in USA and UK but we behave most badly. When we leave the flight is looks like a litter pit. We are not so dirty at our homes, then why to we not respect other people's property. Air India, in my opinion, this video falls short of showcasing the ambitions you aim to convey. To me, it lacks novelty or excitement that sets it apart from others, except for one aspect. While you emphasize luxury, it appears that privacy is your primary offering. Is a plate of palak paneer the best culinary delight you could highlight? And the choice of brand music at the end is quite disappointing. The only element that sparks curiosity for me is your salt and pepper shaker (a good idea). Please take this as constructive criticism; I have high hopes for Air India, but this marketing video has left me disappointed.

I was very disappointed on my flight to Dubai on the AI A350. They are advertising the new soft product in the video including the stunning new chinaware, pillows and amenity kits in this video. And none of them were present on the flight and they were using the same old stupid scratchy golden pillow they’ve been using since ages, and the same old boring plain chinaware. What is up with this false advertising 🤦🏻‍♂️ ,left very disappointed.

I will no longer travel with this irresponsible airline company. A company that doesn't value ticketed passengers or their time. Your service is very bad despite Tata taking over. very bad service

just completed my return flight journey on Air India and the experince was nothing better then it was in 2019 seats were torn smelly screens were not working staff are more younger then earlier it was when it was controlled by goverment but still half trained if air india want to turn it fortune its should start creating experincing for the passenger please untill new aircrafts coming please trained your staff with as par as international standards

Nice video but false advertising. Awful service. Flew from Chicago to Delhi on a 777. I am surprised Air India still has a license to fly to the US with those old and dirty airplanes. From bathrooms that never got cleaned where you could see urine spilling outside the bathroom area over the 13+ hour flight, to broken seats, inflight entertainment screens and pretty much everything. The planes are so old that the padding on the seats is almost non-existent.

Very poor thinking by Air India as demonstrated by their decision to reduce baggage allowance to 15 kg for domestic flights. Pennywise pound foolish. This will divert a lot of their customers to fly Indigo etc. Their is no logic left now to pay a premium to fly Air India.

Flew you guys first class on your lari truck 77W out of EWR. Dirt, grime, and stain spots on EVERY surface. Pota kapda in toilets and crew can’t even bother to keep the galley tidy. Why is it so hard for you guys to keep any aircraft CLEAN? Marketing budget phek bc aur kaam vale to laga kaam pe. Not spending another dime on you, A350 or not.

shame on air india marketing gimmick our family premium economy was downgraded without notice learnt it day before flying the customer service rude and unprofessional they told have to fly in economy even though paid and booked in premium economy.

First Air India need to stop looting general public. My father was extorted by Air India at Pune airport for an international flight. He was promised by Air India staffer that he will receive the reimbursement after the trip and since a month, he has been following up over the mails but no response whatsoever. The bags of my parents who are also senior citizens were damaged and broken into. The on air staff was biased towards foreigners vs Indians. Absolute travesty!! Hopefully someone will look into this. @campbell Wilson
