We have traveled from MUMBAI to Newark on May 31 by business class. Our experience was NOT VERY GREAT! Particularly the food was lousy. Not good and not sufficient. We were D class passengers. Seat 14 F ,G . We are flying back to MUMBAI from SFO on November 5th . Hope AirIndia take care of us. We are seniors above 70 . Spending hard earned money.
you should only get business class if it’s a night flight or you sleep a lot on flights or you like more privacy, other than that just get premium economy.
Even most people can't afford it, still indian passengers are the highest and big profit to many airlines. Suppose all starts to afford here then sure it would give vibe like railway station and economic class must be like general coach of train.

Mumbai , chennai , banglore , hyderbad, delhi ke alawa dusre airports jaake dekho . Saab mein naa hi connectivity hai naa hi passengers.

@@samant-kumar kyuki ye desh ka pehla airline hai, govt ne isko nationalize kr diya in the name of national interest aur duba diya Air India ko. Ab Tata ne isko wapas apne hath me Liya h to second chance to bnta hai. Tata ka csr check kro.unlike other corporates, Tata gives back to the society.
And one more thing that I had experienced that when I had booked Air India both of my children started to cry because they were having tremendous pain their ears which they didn't face when they travelling by Indigo and yeah there less space for walking or stretching legs.
Asking for a bottle of water then dehydrating us and not giving water for 1 hour- Check Keep in mind, Airports don't allow water bottles. So we have to buy them.
Air india is spending about $300 million to renovate the interiors of their existing aircrafts and they are getting 470 new aircrafts worth of $70 billion under TATA and this will restore air india to its former glory 💯💯
They paid you well for advertisement. You didn’t do a check on dirty seats check dirty toilets check. Broken inflight entertainment check etc etc……the list goes on. On time performance triple check. 😂😂
Air India is famous for 1 very important reason, hospitality. Warm vibrant colors, smiles, chivalry, direct and attentive care, and the upmost in professionalism is what can be expect on board any air India flight.
Terrible food experience for me in business class. Sorry this is so not accurate. Flew US to India last year. Really old and stained seats and finish. Waiting for the new aircraft.
Worst airline I was flying Delhi to Hong Kong I thought worst bus which bumps old air craft even the tv not working and not only one the whole seat 17 abc def gh nothing works Ask them to change the aircraft or they will die soon the CEO is useless he is eating money and not doing job the useless government people who are useless are woeking in air india no counter service when u check in baggage all are government behaviour
I recently went india with air india but my experience was not good, not even single screen was working, no wi fi, not even USB port was working & meal was so so, just one thing is good that non stop flights from Canada to delhi
Love your videos, but have to point out here, Tanya, that the carbon footprint of a business class passenger is also 4-5 times more than that of one in economy class. So, while it may be okay to go for business class once in a long time for fun, regular travel in business class would mean an intentional, generous contribution to the climate crisis:)
Air India services have become better because of TATA. All compliments must be forwarded to the TATA Group for making Air India a worthy National Air Carrier.
Air India just canceled my flight like 3 times last minute and didn’t even give me information about what flight I need to take now . Worst customer experience
