Once you start to appreciate the quality of shoes you're paying for, this type of stuff seems like such an obvious choice. Especially if you're paying resale. What's the point of paying $1200 for an average quality/qc bastardized cut AJ1 when you can get an 85 cut handmade with ridiculous materials and top notch qc for 6?
This is the closest we’ll ever get to a genuine 1985 Jordan 1. I don’t care what you label these as, reps, UAs, fakes, customs…..who cares. They are exquisite.
They're incredible. Works of art. Ordered the Chicagos a while back and after they were delivered and I saw the quality in hand, I had to get the UNCs, Breds, and Shadows. All of them look and feel incredible. I fully understand when you said they should be in a display case because that's how I felt about my Chicagos too. But, at the end of the day, sneakers are meant to be worn. Also, great review man 👌🔥
@@smokeajaye if it's been more than 2 or 3 weeks after you ordered, and you ordered an OG colorway not the Travis versions he has, ask him about the tracking number.
Definitely an awesome replica shoe. My ‘85 High “Black and Whites” are every bit as awesome. Definitely the closest pair to the original release from 1985 to date. Even the Summit White used fits perfectly. When Jordan brand decides to release the Chi colorway in the ‘85 cut, game over.

You shouldn't feel guilty, these are 🔥🔥🔥 They're better made and superior quality than any of the factories Nike uses, so the only reason they're not legit is because Nike didn't raise a purchase order for them? These are the realest Jordan 1 Chicago's ever made 😎

Thanks for the video. Side note. That flickering is your lights not matching the frame rate of your camera. Sometimes it can be fixed by putting the camera lower than 60hz. I learned to just change my lighting. I had this issue for a year.

That’s fair, but what would you say your requirements be to justify cost? Each of us will have our own reasons and that’s the beauty of it. If it doesn’t make sense to you, respect. Some of us have spent much more than that for inferior products in the past, so better quality and an great nod to an original is all we might need.

I have two pairs, and the only issue I have with them is this - The thickness of the leather is so god damn thin. The dude needs to use thicker leather.

These are 600 but wouldn’t consider this a ua. The materials, like the leather cuts, are different and better than what you find from the factory. There’s also rebranding so it’s not marketed as an official Jordan 1. His ethos is making the product with better materials and workmanship than what the brand is current selling to the public. Something that many might appreciate.

For 600 this is ridiculous, I was debating going for Mercury FMG who also makes EXTREMELY top notch fully handmade Jordan 1s however he charges 1200 and the wait time is almost 6 months , albeit he's world renowned and apart of the foxtrot family this right here is up there on quality .
they are not handmade , the real handmake should be board last ! also there shape is not even close to the real 1985 ! they sell for 599 is such big rip off
