Unless there are obvious material or stitching issues there would need to be at least two pairs of legit vs the fake to see if there are differences between the legit pairs also. Otherwise it just looks like normal factory differences between the real vs fake. Especially on jordan 1s. Love the content btw...
No the hell it doesnt lmaooo. Usually QC om 12s are excessive glue stains. A fake 12 shape and side guards will always be fucked up. The jumpman logo alwats a dead giveaway. They use the same mold for every 12. Some are really noticeably bad imitations and others are not but it's still noticeable by that side Jumpman
@@shorty1103 I think you're agreeing with me lol. I was speaking as a general rule not on these 12s. Those are obvious fakes (ie material, stitching, GLUE issues). Its far more difficult to notice on 1s and 11s in particular.
@@dwil8621 yea 1s and the 11s you really gotta get up close definitely, 11s more so but eyes usually always zoom in on the little details. The scale of all the fake Jordans towards the back is always huge and elogated.
@@shorty1103 I agree about the 11s. The booty is definitely thicker than on deadstocks. I have more trouble on the 1s tho. Seems like whenever someone qc a good quality 1 the differences seem like they could simply be normal factory defects. Once they fixed the hourglass shape and the toe box I cant tell the difference anymore. Am I missing something obvious?
That back tab and side guards 😂😂😂🤦🏾♀️ Jeez. By now if folks dont know what to spot on a fake 12 compared to their real pairs, they're a goner. One of my favorite Jordan silhouette.
To be honest the differences in the shoes can be found in two pairs from nike as well. It's the reason footlocker keeps there prices higher the longest or never drop the price is because nike only buys back from footlocker which is most of the nike factory outlets inventory. Champs finish line get B grade kicks and always go on sale because nike isn't buying their own B grade kicks back. If you're not reselling and just wearing save yourself some money brothers i pay about 130 to 150 for retail quality UA's and there is no difference in quality and feel
@@jayou1987 clown stop it you can't afford neither i do customs dummy that means i do tear downs bro you don't know what you're talking about it's too many videos that support my say with stock X 98%ers whatever up for discussion but you don't know the game robdollaz try to tell y'all my nigga rupa try to tell y'all it's real options out here for legit kicks without the headache. @@jayou1987 record companies bootlegged music from their own artist what makes you think this doesn't happen in other businesses just like electronics manufacturers make products specifically to be sold at Wal-Mart
@@jayou1987 you just ate them facts multiple times the shoe my man showing that's fake is a horrible cut and stitch it's sellers with a better product they got sellers who just want the sale and screw you and they got sellers that know what they need to sell to get that top dollar price that is in most cases under retail
Always take my UV flashlight to a pair of shoes I might not be sure about, Excellent video I know I'll definitely be coming back to check out more content.
@@JacobMarcellus Beside the color on the liner of the tongue did the shape look suspect to you or is it just the way it's pulled forward that makes it look odd??? Something about it just catches my eye, Is it just the way it looks in the video or can you tell that there might be a slight difference? Also really glad I Came across your videos, definitely going to subscribe.
@@JacobMarcellus Thanks for sharing your knowledge,i recently just got back into collecting ( Specifically Jordan's) again and there's a lot I need to catch up on so your videos will definitely help and already have with this vid, A few days a go I was going to buy a pair of Jordan 8's playoffs But I backed out because I've only had one pair before and that was when I was 12 when they 1st came out lol I didn't want to end up with a fake pair and also I had never dealt with this particular person before, I'm going to look through your old videos to see if you have any on the 8's but if not could you possibly do a vid in the future on what to look for when it comes to the 8's,if so that would be greatly appreciated if not of course I'll understand as i am sure you are a busy man but either way I'll still enjoy the channel and value the info, thanks again
Thank you so much for this video man. Just coped a pair of these and turned out to be fake. The production date is the same exact dates as the fake pair on your video. Everything looked legit on the sneakers I coped until I checked the production date
Dope vid bro you should try kickswhoplug you can skip the middle man and order straight from the factory just a suggestion and to me I think he has better quality than a lot of them factory in China
Everything about my shoe looks legit just like the real pair shown in the video. But the production date is different. Smh. I got them from a legit website too.
@@JacobMarcellus Oh okay then. I’ve always wondered about that. It’s on my other shoes too. But the legit check app says they’re fine lol. And yeah no doubt. Fu Fu 😂
There is levels to the shoe game you got all out fakes that are just horrible from looks to material. Then you got perfect and super max perfect 98%ers. UA's are as close as you're gonna get to retail without getting ripped off. And if you buy UA's never buy early copies because they will be off in most cases it's minor like the insole may be the wrong color or the toe box is from an older model
@@sometimes8089 the fake shoe is a super max perfect not even a 98%er. Which explains the flaws in it. That's gotta be a 100 dollar copy which are okay the material is good but the flaws will be there
@@sometimes8089 i think these dudes get the worst copies to compare to retail when it's way better options because if they show the higher price option and compare them to retail there's no difference to talk about. The seller is everything
@@JacobMarcellus bro i used to work at world footlocker it's levels to this just buying a fake to compare when it's better options out here is a waste of time comparison. Now you really want to do the comparison the site i buy from shows the levels from perfect super max perfect 98% authentic and authentic which is the highest china seems to know what's up why y'all ain't figured out yet. They know what real js go for and your not gonna pay retail but you'll pay for quality. And if you want trash you'll get trash plain and simple
Got these from stockx. On one of them manufacture date is 04.20.20, second is 04.28.20 Tongue top color slightly different. Need to check them with black light ((
@@alexeisulga5159 you’re lucky. I bought a black light today and tested mine the jump man writing on the side of the sneakers was glowing exact same thing as in the video. Shit ruined my day. It is what it is tho I’ll get my money back for em
Sorry, I didn’t watch the whole vid so I don’t know if you may have said it or not but is StockX legit? This is gonna be my first time actually ordering a pair of Js online and I’m not tryna take an L 🤦🏿♂️
nejihyuga3 at least you’re being honest . These fakes are so noticeable there’s no way any third party site would mess up and authenticate them. You should be fine.
1989sneakerhead between that and the unemployment funds ran out so that extra money that was in the streets are now limited and another thing is there were a lot of drops these past few months from the university 12s plus the Kobe’s etc
@@heartlessmadness8812 that too. I knew right off bat i wasnt interested in coppin nothin in August. Wasnt a complete must cop exceot for yhe Kobe's. I always wait a full year to go back and scoop pairs i thought were dope but werent a must at the time. I'll go back for those 3s and Indigo's at another time. My thing wit the Indigo 12s is i would hate if they retro'd them in 2-3years knowin JB they would be good to do some shit like that. I still think it's a nice lookin shoe but it just came out at the wrong time; a time when i knew the September was filled wit the must drops i want.
I don’t really go by that because it varies from shoe to shoe. I only read it because people complained I wasn’t reading them when it’s obvious differences with the shoe.
Bruh just watch any Jordan 3 fake video of his. They use the same mold. The cement on the toe box and stitching will always be wrong. The color might be off too. And the ankle area always be fucked up.
I have my 12s from the 90s in pieces and I don’t see zoom tech in it unless I don’t know what it is I see an air unit in it. From what I know on fake shoes they cut corners on things like that. So I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s no zoom in it
The 12s have the zoom air tech. As for the fakes/UA they have them in it. I have 3 pair of 12s that came from across the water and they feel exactly like my retail pair.
