One pair comes dressed in “Desert Moss/Turquoise Blue-Dark Iris” while the other sports a “Taupe Haze/Blue Fury-Khaki-Roma Green” makeup.
Both have a similar build to last year’s Union x Air Jordan 4 releases, while these “30th Anniversary” pairs comes constructed in a mix of mesh and suede with translucent wings returning. Other details includes signature Yellow UN/LA lateral tags, pre-folded tongues and frontman-branded hangtags that read 1991-2021 in a shape of a road sign. Co-branded insoles atop a Sail rubber sole completes the designs.

I think because its a J we give a chance even though we not really feeling them. I wasn't feeling either of the new Union 4 colorways initially. More so because I was hoping they would put that Union touch on different model. Pics and resell being lower than I thought helped change my mind. Haven't got them in hand yet but, I definitely like them. Even sold a few pairs to make room for them. I didn't like the Union 4 at first at all last year. But seeing them in person swayed me. I actually like these better than the guava ice. Hakuna ma tata 😁🦁

If you’re a lakers fan they might be more desirable. If I would have got them for retail myself I would have likely just flipped them. Not a must have pair on either of these last 2. The first 2 were definitely better to me & easier on the eyes also being able to rock with more outfits in my opinion. Great video as always ✌️

I didn’t care for these when they got leaked and my opinion hasn’t really changed. Can’t really see any good way to style these. Colors together don’t really look great. For a 30th anniversary pair, this is fairly disappointing. Overall Union 4’s been a miss.

DJ in the pictures it looks like mustard purple and aqua but after getting it in at first I thought it was like a dark green or something but then when I look deeper into it I don't believe now it's more like a some sort of brown colour because a a desert is pretty much a brown colour but I think but people have showed it too do definitely like it they say it looks really so do I which has continue to grow on me to the point that I'm going to rock them they only differences it's just a very hard shoe to find something to go with it because of the colours that they've chosen this desert Moss the purple and the aqua but I definitely like the aqua it's very nice with purple mix in at the back but I definitely like it more than the tupe haze colourway but I like these and the off noir as my favourite out of the rest 💯🔥

I understand people would prefer the black ones. It's easy to turn eyes to something you're similar or a colorway someone can relate with. Regardless, Union did both colorways and went with something that hasn't been done before. The risk alone might not be for you, but having plenty of black/x colorways, it's nice to have something new and refreshing. Also I'm saying this because I didn't win those black ones but my hands on these.

The colour reminds me of the Gibson Les Paul Gold Top '56 guitar, beautiful guitar but the colour is really an acquired taste! I had an Epiphone version of the guitar and went from regretting the purchase to selling it and then kicking myself. For retail these would be a cop but for high resale, especially if you rock your shit, this gonna be a pass dawg. Who knows though I might kick myself down the line when they grow on me!!

People are saying the people who like this shoe are really basing it off the hype of them, and that otherwise they’re ugly… and I would agree these probably wouldn’t do very well if they weren’t a collab but the same people saying that are the same ones who only like the original colorways JB does and will very rarely accept new colorways or renditions done on the older silhouettes. They’re just as much of hypebeasts as the ones they’re criticizing
