@sneakerdon the jump man difference on the tongue of the shoe is that one jumpman got lil split down the middle as in one got a perfect V shape and the other got a little crack In the middle and what I also see is the ball size is different and body shape
Yo Don....Great Video! No one would ever know on feet! Thanks for making this. If I don't hit on retail, I go straight across that water. If you find the right plug your Gucci.
Bro, I can never wear anything fake because fashion is what makes you feel good about what you’re wearing but I have never ever bought myself a pair of reps but I do got to be honest I won’t buy a pair because I know that they’re fake and I can’t feel comfortable or happy and knowing that they’re fake but to many people let’s just keep it a buck Chinese a gun, so good you can’t even tell the difference between the fake ones and the real ones in there I think the only people they’ll buy the fake ones or people that buy stuff to show other people that they got money but people that actually got money I don’t see them buying the reps, but they look exactly the same like back in the days the Jumpman was doing the splits
I noticed in these comments I seen someone say they are going to go with the rep cause there from China anyway. Here is my opinion regarding what you said if you are one of us meaning black please be careful what you say cause these shoes don’t represent just the shoe and the color it’s stands for accomplishment an achievement a accolade within the whole movement if you don’t understand who you are in regards to African American athletes and there shoes and clothing nothing about could be fake to achieve the goals in which made it possible to achieve these endorsements to have these shoes it ant just Jordan’s it’s quite more than just him so young person please examine your self and determine if you are or should be looked at as being fake also please don’t take this as a insult but think about what you said and what I said thank you.
Whew, a lot to unpack in this statement. First, accomplishments and achievements apply to all. Never thought race would be a topic on RU-vid for shoes. Anyway, facts in regards to being "rewarded" for accomplishments lie in the details of the contract. When the initial deal is done, about 85% of the initial contract value comes from the immediate contract payment. The rest comes from royalties. And for a large number of retro drops, the shoe number is limited in availability. Also, Nike has multiple factories in 3 different main cities in different countries. Their QA teams will choose between which batch of shoes meets their A rating and which do not. Those that do not will be sent to outlets stores, and some will remain at the originating facility as waste. So no matter how you size it up, NIKE will always sell out of their A stock......which is what athletes are paid for. The B stock isnt even factored in to NIKE's bottom line, therefore it isnt considered for contract purposes. 15 years ago, and even today, you can find "Wholesale sites" that charge $50 for a pair of "Jordands" and you know damn good and well they are a fake. Starting with the price. Since 2017 ish, there have been a few places that sell "reps" when in fact they are actually from the facilities that NIKE did not deem as A stock. Thats why your pricing difference isnt that far off from A stock from NIKE direct. NIKE charges $220 because of marketing, shipping, and worker wages at their stores. The majority of the "rep" sellers are charging base value with a bump for their labor. By the time you pay for the "rep" and the shipping costs, you are pretty much at the $200 mark. So much like you are asking anyone commenting on looking in the mirror for being fake, that may just be a bit of an exaggeration. When in fact the original athlete has been paid, continues to get paid, and the factory workers get nothing but their 3rd world wages. I dare say the young man commenting is helping others less fortunate than the billionaires at NIKE or MJ. Fair to say neither of those have a lack of money. And the young man commenting is getting a quality product and also providing free advertising for NIKE and MJ every time he wears the shoes. Like you, I am not attacking you or your comments. I am only providing fact and another point of view. So please dont take it as an insult either. But look at the bigger picture of what actually is going on in all aspects.
Sounds like you've been mislead of where a sense of accomplishment comes from . If you feel that falling victim to labels in this overpriced materialized social hypnosis is an accomplishment, you might wanna evaluate that . The realest people I know don't care . The richest and most accomplished people I know don't wear hype beast costumes. That stuff is for poor people who want to impress other poor people. Please respond with a list of everything Michael Jordan has done for black communities. Should take you about 2 seconds.
If shoes weren’t crzy priced then I’d buy every shoe. But for shoes I can never get, no athlete or anyone is getting money from their shoe being resold for higher than retail…
