I love the WHOLE museum although I don't get to the outside airplanes as often as I should. There's just SO MUCH to see inside ! Every time I go, I learn something new from a plaque or wall hanging that for whatever reason, I've never read before. I can't wait for my next visit later this summer!
I remember back in the 1960's. . . many of the airplanes were outside. . the twin P51 Mustang, the B36, the Stiletto, there was a bunch of Rockets outside., . . I went again in the late 1990's and the B36 and twin Mustang were indoors , , , great museum. . .
@@pythons206yes and no, as long as they prepare and design it for the height they could do it, but they’d need atleast 2 more building with the eventual VC-25 they’ll get, and the KC-10 that’s still over by restoration and I’ll assume they’ll atleast get a E-3 and C-5 they’ll need room for as well, it’ll probably be quite some time before everything has a home indoors
