Serbia is awesome country to visit!I’ve never had more fun in my lifetime visiting for 2 weeks Belgrade and Novi Sad❤️🇷🇸🇺🇸!Air Serbia is pretty good for such a short flight
Thanks for the history of Belgrade, it. Was interesting. I also appreciated your thorough review of the airport. Glad your expectations weren’t very high, again very informative and thorough.
PA TO JE NEPROFESIONALNOST I NEPOSTOVANJE PUTNIKA KOJI PLATI PAPRENU CENU KARTE A ZA UZVRAT DOBIJE FLASICU VODE I KEKSIC U EKONOMSKOJ KLASI.....UZAS.....NEKADA JE STARI DOBRI JAT IMAO HLADNE OBROKE NA OVOM LETU U EKONOMSKOJ KLASI A O BIZNISU DA NE GOVORIM....DALEKO JE I AIR SERBIA NIKAD NECE BITI NI BLIZU NASEG JAT-a.....
Hmmm...
Rory, it's nice to see your introduction of this lesser-known airlines in the lesser-known country. It's nice to see you have travelled around the world beyond Australia. It'd be great if you can make more videos on some of your exotic destinations. 😊
Air Serbia is now 100% in government property!!! Etihad withdrew from the partnership with the agreement with Serbia!!! Emirates are like traditional friends do own job and that is to make Serbia the main traffic hub in aviation and now they have retreated!!!
Its clear that the only intention of selling these seats as "Business class" is to attract those wishing to snag a cheap deal to upgrade to premium. Something should be done about airlines that falsely advertise to gain profits. Horrible standards.
Thanks for reviewing the non-standard airlines out there Rory, much appreciated mate. Don't know if I will be rushing to that Business Class option, its a lot for an Economy experience
Hello. Thank you very much for your observation of the business class lounge and seats. We are thinking of going to Russia via Belgrade and wanted business class seats originally. Looking at what is on offer, it does not appear to be worth it. Thank you and safe travels to you.
Literally no one books economy seats on a flight that is of such short duration.. pointless I mostly travel with Wizz Air when i go to Belgrade and usually book the priority as well as the seat next to emergency window. This way i can bring trolley bag as well as have lots of knee room (i'm tall) and for a very small fee above the most basic fee of Wizz Air.
Surchin airport (now Nikola Tesla) has only one runway 12/30. New track in the middle recently finished is temporary runway serving until reconstruction of the main runway, dating back from early sixties, and then will become taxiway. New Belgrade airport is under planing.
Hi Rory 👋 I really enjoyed this video and your reviews are amazing. I am really enjoying all your journeys and looking forward to the next adventure. Well done Rory 👍 👏
Nice and detailed report. I only flew on airSERBIA A330, with real business cabin, but I would appreciate "European business class" on shorter flights, for more room and better food service. Although, for taller passengers that legroom in first row is not satisfying. Thank you.
Nice video! You know the Pichi Richi train that you've went on from Port Augusta to Quorn and back, do you know what time they started building their train (as it putting the carriages and locomotive together)? Because I am going to be chasing that train next week. Thank you and I like your train videos, I am a big fan of them.
Thank you, another great video Rory....As usual extremely entertaining and very interesting !!!! The history of Belgrade was an enlightening addition.... I always look forward to seeing them.... I can't wait for the next one.... Roger.... Pembrokeshire UK
I live in Melbourne, however my home town is Belgrade and I was there this summer from May till August. I was surprised that you actually went to Belgrade.
Belgrade Airport has only one runway, 30L and 12R. The other one, the old one, is under construction. We will never have two rwy, at least not does two, to close to each other.
@@airvlad777 Nope! As i said, the rwy's are too close to each other. They are called L and R just so the pilots know where to land. Even the frequencies for ILS are different, of course. In the future, when they repair the old/original rwy, both rwy can be used, but not at same time. For your info, i work at SMATSA, Serbian ATC, technical department.
1st and 2nd should be the only options in my view. Also I am not have fan of amenity kits or seeing a loo stocked with half a tone of bottles. To me that feels cheap and nasty a loo is a loo do yer business and get out. I would rather use my own stuff.
Business class!!! Why do they even bother? There are only 4 of them and they're horrible! Not that I expect to ever be in that part of the world. Another great job Rory.
I can assure you that nobody here wants you. And even if you came you would probably be embarrassed because balkan girls are much prettier than girls from the rest of europe
You have to do your homework first: NIKOLA TESLA is born in CROATIA NOT Serbia and it is Croatian with an orthodox heritage If you are Serb in Croatia and you born there as well as your parents then you cant be Serbian You can only be Orthodox Croat but not Serb nor you will ever poses Serbian passport..
@@airvlad777 agree.. but Croatia was only occupied by AU~Empire.. however if we look in that way then he was Austro-Hungarian but not Serbian and that is just not possible..
Nikola Tesla was born in Smiljan, Croatian Military Frontier , Kingdom of Croatia 🇭🇷, Austria 🇦🇹 Hungary 🇭🇺, modern day Croatia 🇭🇷. He was a Croatian citizen..as Croatia at the time was a semi autonomous kingdom with its own passport , flag ,recognized Croatian language. Nikola Tesla never had any direct connection with Serbia 🇷🇸 and Serbia contributed nothing to his life. He had some Serbian ancestry and that is about it!
Nikola Tesla was of Serbian nationality, his parents were Serbs, and his father was a priest of the Orthodox Church. If Nikola Tesla had stayed in Croatia and had descendants, they would have all been expelled from Croatia, just as was done with more than 250,000 people who were permanently driven out of Croatia in 1995. Therefore...
