Interesting how Italy appeared from nothing to third position

I think you just focused on air travel for tourism/vacation. The Philippines dropped from the list because you probably didn't count those who fly to work overseas. As of 2020 there were already 1.77 million overseas workers from the country so imagine how many people were flying in and out to work abroad.
