@@nishicreate mostly cabin crew interview questions are similar . And recruiting process is also almost same. Just Google or watch cabin crew interview based videos on RU-vid.

I flew with AirAsia twice earlier this year and had heard their all-round service wasn't great....well I am happy to say I thought they were excellent, and to be honest I don't think I've ever seen so many beautiful flight attendants as I did on those flights. If I ever visit Asia again I will definitely use AirAsia again.

Thank you for this rare insider footage of AA interview. I could see that the interview format is a bit different than the one I've been to like there were no English Test before 1 to 1 interview. Maybe this is an invitation only interview after online candidate pre-selection as the number showing up is like around 30. Normally it would be around 300 to 500 candidates at one time. Keep uploading cool videos like this! 😉

@@lianaloo5715 Sure. Just browse AirAsia website based on which country you are located. Make sure you go under Career. There is no upcoming interview in my country Malaysia at the moment due to pandemic. Good Luck!

The handsome fulla at 3:48 was my cabin crew on both D7 776 and D7 777 to and from Tehran when AirAsiaX used to fly this route. Nice to see even though the route was terminated that AirAsia has kept him on! When was this filmed? Was it in 2020?

only twice? ohh come on dear.. i went for 8 iv before they hired me.. it’s a matter of believe in yourself and dare to dream.. there’s no rules said that u can only attend the iv for 2-3 times only.. so ask yourself.. either you chase your dream or just dump it.. #noharmtrying

One to one interviews should be held in individual rooms not one big room as shown in this video, you don’t want to hear other people’s interviews at the same time as yours and sometimes it can be a bit humiliating especially if you struggle to answer simple interview questions. Interviews can be a nerve racking experience for some people and this can be made worse if it’s in front of a lot of people.

- Male : Minimum 170mm barefoot - Female : Minimum 157mm barefoot

Ya complexion would not an issue... But their should be no scars or birth marks on your face or evn below your knee or on your arms (no marks no scars no tattoos)

first of all, it seems like a lot of process just to hire 1 candidate. Second, interview with 4 interviewers? Is it necessary? Third, English test? Ok, maybe...but if is for a designer position, better don’t let me see this...btw, all those hard work, end up getting retrenched because of the pandemic.
