So should the initial corporation that handles the day to day business be setup in a Wyoming LLC

LLC fees are $800 a year in California. There are also additional costs associated with LLCs, like filing fees every 3 years. And taxes become more expensive and convoluted (I have to upgrade and pay more for TurboTax). Just something to consider in the costs.

Do you have an LLC anyway? I’m in Cali and getting advice to just have an umbrella policy for added liability protection

@@vaxmax8620 Always have an umbrella policy. They are not expensive and are easy to set up. After your property insurance they are the first line of defense.

hi rich, Clint says to put open a corp to collect the money and lease from the LLC but he does not say which corp is best for it. can you please let me know which would be the best corp c or s ?

Ive seen a number videos with you and Clint. Im confused. i have 2 properties. One of which has 3 units (1 1 bedroom and 2 studios) inside of it. The other property has one studio. The last video suggested getting and S corp. Great. Now this is the next video which says getting both an LLC and a Corp for each property. I thought it was one or the other? Also, Im dar from a millionaire. These properties make maybe 25,000 a year. My property is in Puerto Rico. I want to go for the free consult with Clint. I just want to understand as much as possible and write down the write questions to get the most out of the consultation. Is it still worth it for me as a small fry yo stay in this space??🙏🏽🌴

I used Anderson for the last year and wasn’t very happy with the service unfortunately, every time I would reach out with a question I was talking to a new person. They also point all clients towards a turnkey company called reunion investments. Not sure if they have a vested interest but it definitely didn’t feel like it was mine.. my 2c

I am living Airbnb business they don’t care about host, they took all money from us and return to tenants, how we will pay our mortgage, I am returning to old system just going to rent my house for a long term, I guess tenants happy now to stay in motels from now next time
