So you have to actually go to the property at some point when setting up? I've heard some people do this all over the world but I assumed they don't actually travel everywhere to set up décor if that's a factor. Can you bypass this?
I would say if they want a piece of the upside they must be willing to share a piece of the downside when we have slower months. At that point they will only ask for rent
