We are working at creating an entirely new aviation safety app. We cannot reveal anything about it right now, but you will not have to wait much to know, just 2-3 weeks
This is one of the scenarios of the "Prepare for Impact" serious game. The app is free and can be downloaded for Android ( play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=it.uniud.hcilab.prepareforimpact ) as well as iOS ( itunes.apple.com/us/app/prepare-for-impact/id1077776112?l=it&ls=1&mt=8 )
An update to Prepare for Impact (1.5) with more scenarios and aircraft has now been released. You can freely download it from Google Play and Apple App Store: hcilab.uniud.it/impact/

To get an aircraft certified, the manufacturer needs to show that it is POSSIBLE to evacuate it in at most 90 seconds in a simulated test. That does not mean that real passengers in a real evacuation will be NECESSARILY able to be so fast.

There are two different games available. In the "Air Safety World" app (hcilab.uniud.it/asw/ ), there is a game called AirEvac:Sea in which you can play the coordinator of this evacuation scenario in third-person view, while in "Prepare for Impact" (hcilab.uniud.it/impact/ ) there is a level in which you can play this evacuation scenario as a passenger in first-person view.
