This time an actual CAT III approach is shown with RVR (runway visual range) of 300 metres in the touch down zone.
Approach lights came into sight at approximately 160 feet above ground. Compared to my other videos this one is rather short and should illustrate the difference in visual segment before touchdown - it's an actual footage, no simulation.
Imagine that it is possible to land safely and legally with only 75 metres RVR and decision at touchdown of the mainwheels (="no decision height")!
