This is video of the first visit of Airbus 380 (company Lufthansa reg. D-AIMF "Zurich") in Prague. I´ve didn´t expect so many people around airport. * We have to send many thanks to woman on TWR position who asked captain for some action during approach. They´ve decided to make low pass over RWY24. You can see all important parts of this visit - approach, low-pass, landing, taxiing and take-off. Due to this, video is a little bit longer than usually.

Have you all seen at 8:37? 1000 people are spotting the Airbus, but 2 little girls are not interested, are picking flowers. Isn't that cute cute cute? It made me smiling - love it. :D

Very good job. Camera steady, perfect framing- not too damn close 90% of the time. Always focused on the point of interest. Those people were excited and I felt an instant connection with them. Thanks for being there.

I was fortunate enough to see Lufthansa A-380 in Houston. I actually saw this big bird going around twice in cloudy and rainy day. It flied up much higher than this A-380 which he touched the runway. What I saw were way higher.

No, it is the first visit of A380 in Prague. A380 should come to Prague maybe 1 or 2 years earlier (AIR FRANCE), but it has been canceled. So, Lufthansa made this visit and there were many people. You can here in communication between tower and pilot, TWR asked pilot to make touch and go or lowpas. The´ve decided to make lowpas and full stop landing after next circle.

Excellent job, thanks for sharing. I've caught hundreds of flights in my life, nevertheless, I love watching these wonderful machines and I'm still surprised they do fly; love the A380, once it took me from Dubai to Auckland and return, absolutely amazing.

Realy a very good video....thanks for upload...the a380 such a beautiful craft with enormous power...in 2013 I took a flight with Lufthansa on the a380 to San Francisco and back...and now, in 2021, there will be no more a380...Greetings from Germany ✈️

very nice catch, I used to be very critical about the a380 but i had to get used to it and now I see why it's so magnificent😃 more airlines from America need to buy this......while I love 747's ,I have grown to like a380 as well 😃

Ahoj! Diky za hodnoceni. A380 i A330 EMIRATES jsou točené z pole mezi Knezevsi a RWY06/24. Nejjednodussi je zaparkovat nekde v knezevsi u hriste a pak se vydat smerem k letisti. * Akorat pozor, jeste asi mesic se RWY06/24 CLOSED, takže se lítá na RWY12/30. Pokud bys chtel mit letadla opravdu nad hlavou (viz me video s Ruslanem), je potreba jit kolem plotu smerem k hrane RWY24.

I have never seen a video this good made by an amateur using amateur kit. A lot of pro's rely on "heavy editing" to do this good. (BTW: I only say what I mean.)

Hi, I wrote this to comment of another video, I think, but noproblem ;o). I have camcorder PANASONIC HDC-SD90. I have it more than one year, so maybe there are new models instead this one. I´m satisfied with it, I´m not professional and this is enough for me.

Its just an a380......what's the big deal? Singapore, Emirates and Qantas have been flying these for years before Lufthansa. They were the first three airlines in the world to have them.

No mate.....Australian.....a380's are no big deal here......there are approximately 18 a380 takeoffs and landings in Sydney every single day......four Qantas, three Emirates and one each from Singapore/China Southern. However, Lufthansa flying any sort of aircraft here would be somewhat of an event......they abandoned Australia years ago......ditto Austrian a little more recently.

Seb Sch Yes only BA from Europe and only to Sydney with 777's. We have plenty of other options for flights there......Qantas, Singapore, Emirates with a380's.....Etihad with a340's.....Air New Zealand from NZ with 777's if you like going the long way. )) We used to have Virgin Atlantic recently......KLM, Lufthansa, Lauda, Austral and Austrian many moons ago. Transaero is rumoured to be considering flights here also.
