This Star Alliance member boasts an impressive network and a modern fleet. I have been waiting to try them for a long time.
Well, the product is indeed nice. But the crew... Really needs serious improvement. Really the wrong attitude. I never understand that - friendliness is an absolute must in hospitality and how difficult can it be to make sure the right attitude is being practised...

I heard the pilot say "good evening" and welcome onboard thus you are welcomed. Do not complain a lot, it will make you look like a grumpy old man.

You keep saying the beautiful cabin crew are unfriendly. very odd, Ethiopian are globally known for being friendly. Or are you asking our crews more than necessary.

I have traveled ethiopian airlines for 30 years never noticed any 'HARSH'. may be some bad lack.

Hi, I value opinions, and also yours. Your comment confuses me here, however. Crew were not good, period. The rest I really enjoyed and I said it clearly? (Legroom, FOOD, screen...) I do have videos full of praise and I do have videos where I express disappointment - as I experinece it and as I can compare when I fly many different airlines and see many different airports.

I heard him say, food was good, legroom was good, lots of movies, lots of other airlines should learn from them. Are these not positive enough for you? The only complaints I heard was about the crew. Is that negative? 🤔
