why is it funny ? it aint funny especialy when their fat no offense i Think ur fat so fat u can even walk im suprised they can walk while they are fat even tho i dont intend refering "they are fat as a mean ruda way"
This is for safety and has nothing to do with fat shaming. Especially with small aircraft like 4-10 seats that fly like in Alaska. There is a MAX load for the aircraft for take off.
Indeed. I am a pilot and a while ago at my local airport there was allegedly an accident where a small plane, I forgot what kind, happened to be overweight and improperly distributed so upon takeoff the plane went off track and crashed into a hangar, causing the whole hangar to blow up along with another plane that was inside the hangar.
That guy from the thumbnail and the video: I always come back 🟩🟩 🟩🟩 🟩🟩 🟩🟩 ⬛⬛⬛🟩🟩⬛⬛⬛ ⬛⬜⬜🟩🟩⬜⬜⬛ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩⬛⬛🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🔲🔲🔲🔲🟩🟩 What error I made and if you want tell me another fnaf character to do 1:the ears 💀
I'm all for it!!! Why should I have to pay an extra 50 bucks if my suitcase is over by a few pounds, but a guy who is 200 lbs heavier than me gets no repercussions?.... weight is weight no matter if it's luggage or a lifetime of poor dietary choices
Absolutely. My wife and I work hard to maintain a lithe mass. The pair of us together would weigh less than any one of these. If it costs the airline a fortune to take overweight bags then it costs multiple fortunes to carry heavy passengers. For which they don't get paid commensurately. Which means that we are subsidising those passengers through overpaying the costs of flying us.
@uh2 some people are overweight for different reasons, either eating disorders, being very tall, or maybe just eating in general. I get your opinion for the just eating but the other reasons I don’t think people can help it.
The Funniest Intro: OK YOUR BAG WEIGH IS FINE Real Life: Ma’am You Have To Put Your glasses inside the bag too. And your Bag is Not Fine. Our flight officers will securely find SUSSY Things out of of your bag.
Some airlines in the Pacific islands weigh their passengers because some of those countries have among the highest obesity rates in the world, even higher than that of the US
Always thought it crazy to weigh the bags and not the passenger. The limits should be based on a combined passenger/bag weight. After all, that is what needs to be taken in to account for the plane to take off/fly/land safely.
@spotontheroad1 I disagree with you on that if they absolutely must weigh passengers it shouldn't be done out in the open so not to embarrass them they should kindly and discreetly say we're an airline that weighs our passengers please come this way so we can weigh you privately after all it is the customer who provides the money to keep the airlines running where do you think they get all the money to maintain the planes and all that from the customers it's not just the stuff they have to pay they have to pay for all the maintenance to the planes that comes from the customers who choose to fly on that particular Airline
Imagine this. "We at Jet2 Holidays care about you. So we're making sure if you're too fat you can't fly, so you can earn the holiday snackes you dream of."
Weight and balance is important in flying an aircraft securely and safely. Weighing in is an important way to calculate this, especially in smaller aircraft’s. If the weight and balance is off, the aircraft loses its airworthiness and the airline would be hit with a hefty fine along with a canceled flight.
@@rob-1873That is different because that is not offensive. I don't care if people know the weight of my bag. a lot of people are self-conscious about there weight and don't want everyone to know. I have struggled with my weight for years so the last thing I want is everyone knowing how big I am.
Stickler getting fired and the Hudson hippos being forced to dryhump each other were the highpoints of the video. Maria should've punched Karen to sleep for trying to steal her seat, though, then dumped her unresponsive body onto hippo boy's lap. "Here. I brought you a snack." They should've given Stickler a DB Cooper sendoff out of the emergency exit too.
The Brotherhood of Nod, often shortened to Nod or the Brotherhood, was an organization with the characteristics of a religious movement, a multinational corporation, and a nation-state. It was classified as a terrorist group by the Global Defense Initiative.[4] The origin of Nod is shrouded in mystery, with the group itself claiming that it existed since before 1800 BC.[1][5] It rose to prominence in 1995, when a meteorite carrying Tiberium landed near Tiber river in Italy.[6] During this period, Nod launched a series of terrorist attacks all over the world. In response, the United Nations founded the Global Defense Initiative, a multinational military alliance with the goal of eliminating multinational terrorism.[7][8] The conflict between Nod and GDI escalated into a world war in the late 1990s, and would later be known as the First Tiberium War.[9] Though Nod was defeated during the war, it returned time and time again in the decades that followed, leading to the Second and Third Tiberium War. Finally, at the end of the Fourth Tiberium War in 2077, the entire Brotherhood of Nod and Kane achieved Ascension through Threshold 19, leaving Earth behind and putting an end to the conflicts between Nod and GDI for good.[2][3] The central tenets of Nod's beliefs included the worship of Tiberium, which they saw as the catalyst for the next stage of human evolution;[10][11] the worship of Kane, Nod's charismatic leader, believed to be immortal by many within the Brotherhood;[9] and the Ascension prophecy, a mythological reward promised to Nod's followers by Kane.[12] In addition, Nod consistently presented itself as the voice of the oppressed masses, and worked to unite the downtrodden and the disenfranchised against the GDI, which it painted as a fascist group subservient to the wealthy western nations and global elites.[1][13][5][14]
This was funny to me . As a skydiver doing tandem, you always have to get weighed in front of everybody. Each drop zone has different weight limits. If you weigh to much , you are not getting on that plane. If you make it on the plane, you HAVE to sit on your instructor's lap when they tell you to ! ( right before you jump ) Creepy sitting on a strangers lap you don't know ! Especially when they tighten the harness SUPER TIGHT ! 😳 Lol ( for your safety) All that flight attendant had to do was call the ticket desk and they would have confirmed he had a ticket ! ( skit I know ) All and all , stuff like this happens ! I used to work at an airport where you see all kinds of stuff happen !! The gate agents are trained to size you up without weighing you to see if you need to buy 2 seats . When they tell you and you make a fuss , they call the supervisor and if they say yes you have to pay for 2 seats , you either pay or you don't fly . Some funny , some not so funny ! ✌️
Imagine not understanding that an aeroplane can't carry an infinite about of weight. Like a plane with majority fat passengers will handle different and effect takeoff and landing calculations. Especially in smaller aircraft. I'm not fat but if I was I would be happy that they are doing proper weight calculations and not just winging it.(pun intended)
Weight kinda does matter a bit, but not to charge passengers. There needs to be good weight distribution in a flight for the plane. If all the weight was piled in one spot for instance, the plane would tilt that way, which is not ideal for flight.
Aviation enthusiast here, the reason they weigh the passengers is because they don't want to overload or underload on fuel, aswell as balancing the weight across the aircraft, not some other stupid reason.
As an overall slim person, I probably shouldn't be too concerned about being weighed to board a plane. However, I think, regardless, it's still degrading to passengers and an idea that should never be attempted.
Normal people vs karens at the airport when you have to pay for luggage Flight attendant: That will be 60 dollars Normal people:Here you go Karen's: 60 dollars really do I have to pay that? A few seconds later Karen: Fine here's your 60 dollars BTW this is related to the woman in the video Karen Reynolds
3:10 No it's for their "SAFETY". I wish that they really did this because it would help the airline properly seat people so the weight distribution would be safe and if they knew that a person needed a window and if a passenger was in a wheelchair then they could accommodate people better. The only thing that they wouldn't do is make it so people who have SD or Guide Dogs didn't have to book a minimum of 48 hours and wheelchair passengers didn't have to book 48 hours in advance? When it comes to the weights they wouldn't be announced out loud but it would let the airline know how much the bags and passengers would weigh so the plane would not be overloaded. Some planes have crashed because they were overloaded.
For smaller planes where weight is a major contribution factor for balance then yes but only in private and for distribution purposes for safety. Major airline jets routinely face challenges but unless every person is like someone that is over 800 lbs in each seat then the chances of one single person throwing off the balance of a major jet is far fetched
At that point it's not a balance issue it's a weight issue. That eats into fuel burn and cost per mile from a business model. Hence a cheap ticket means you travel light.
How should they determine a passenger’s weight, guess? Weight is the most important factor factor to operating an aircraft. Cargo weight is how freight service is charged. Even human cargo.
