I finally get to have my first B&G and I am comparing it to the airofog sprayers that I had for a while.

Agree I like the holder also and the the air fog spray looked more uniformed. However see what you think once you used it awhile shld do a follow up video.

Airofog made really big improvements due to the B&g lawsuit. I’ve had a first gen airofog and it had a lot of issues. Now the sprayer is a pretty reliable sprayer. Only issues is there’s not a place to buy parts for the sprayer that’s not airofog retail. At least it’s not the Accuthor 1 Gallon sprayer.

I can't decide which sprayer to buy. I'm torn between the B&G and the Airofog 1-gallon. I plan on using it for personal use in and around my house. I've spent hours comparing the two. The cheapest I can find an Airofog is for $320 Shipped and the cheapest I can find a B&G is for $300 Shipped (Green model) As you mentioned there are a few differences: The Airofog has a pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, larger fill hole, crack & crevice tool screws in from the front instead of having to take apart the head to insert it from the back. The Airofog includes a repair/rebuild kit inside the box for free (~$40 value). Airofog claims the wand won't freeze and bust, where a B&G wand might in freezing temps. Airofog has a 10-year limited warranty versus B&G's 1 year warranty. I can't find the terms of the 10-year warranty from Airofog or how you go about using the warranty. The biggest advantage to the B&G I can find is that it's made in the USA. Parts seem easier to find and buy. B&G handles the warranty themselves. Airofog is a German company, with USA office, and the sprayers are made in China. Have you had any problems with the Airofog Sprayers? Do you still prefer one over the other? Is the Crack and Crevice Tool worth it or do you prefer having 2 pinstreams? I wish I could find the Airofog sprayers for $250 like people were getting them a couple years ago. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have two B&G 2 gallon sprayers like the one in this video. One is for herbicide, one is for pesticide...I want to purchase another for consumer grade kill it all Round Up... the B&g is awesome. I abuse them I admit, which is why the plastic garbage ones never worked for me. I don't empty or clean them as I don't want to handle the chemicals much. I was looking at maybe buying a cheaper stainless as the same B&G are now $400😢 . I will look at the fog brand. I do like that it has a pressure relief which is missing on the B&G. However, these things are bullet proof and have held pressure from fall until the following spring without issue. I haven't had to replace any parts, but apparently they are available. I may just bite the bullet with b&g if there isn't much of a difference in price with the fog brand. Plus, as you said, made in USA. Something made in China should be half the price

Sorry for the late reply. i usually stay so busy, and i apologize.. i still honestly prefer the Airofog. im bot usually a made in china kinda guy. But i notice the Airofog, in my opinion, performs better. The crack and crive tool is great as well. I dont leave any of my sprayers out in below freezing temps just as a good rule of thumb. But i am very pleased with the airofog sprayer. i haven't had any issues out of it yet, and it's been over a year now since I've had it. Just make sure to keep it cleaned and greased, and it won't let you down. Airofog parts aren't hard to get either if you need them.

Well, i will say this much. I've been very pleased with the Airofog between them and B&G they both perform very well, but i do prefer my Airofog. I've actually boticed in the B&g when it doesn't have much product in it it will lose pressure easily. My Airfog doesn't do that.

@@causeyndcountry Thank you for the reply. I appreciate it. This is the best video comparing the two brands. I ended up purchasing a B&G Green (C&C tip) yesterday. I got it for $285 shipped. I was leaning towards the Airofog. The Airofog just seems like an all around upgraded B&G. I'm honestly not sure why B&G doesn't change to stainless steel for their pump, wand, and pickup tube like the Airofog. I also think B&G should include the pressure guage and pressure relief on all their models. They sale a version with a gauge and relief valve. At the least have the ports on all models, for the end user to add later if they want. For my use it probably wouldn't make much of a difference which sprayer I picked. I'm not going to use it daily. It's more for personal use with occasional customer work. I'll maybe use it once a week. I'll definitely buy an Airofog for my next sprayer.

I really like the my 4 sons no issues at all except normal replacing small parts. I love the ones i have.

B&G has gone downhill in the last several years. The quality is garbage things are breaking that shouldn’t break on a constant basis and honestly ever since I’ve gotten airofog which is cheaper I haven’t had a single issue and there are more features..
