Having 8 years of military experience under my belt, I can definitely tell you guys that there were way too much chatter going on and there wasn't enough coordination. Apart from that you guys did a great job for having no military or LEO training!

That was painfully bad. The pile of friendly corpses is what should tell you that. Firstly, you guys were nowhere near loud enough. You always want to be aware of what everyone is doing and where they are while they're doing it. The friendly fire incident was a prime example of why that is necessary. And when you see a hostile, don't whisper that fact to a nearby operator. Tell your whole team. Yell. Let the guy know he's screwed. It's simple and it's effective. You want to be in control, make sure you sound like you should be. If you sound timid, that can give hostiles all the confidence in the world. Secondly, you were way too slow. The point is to get in and out in no time flat; you don't want to give your enemy any breathing room whatsoever. There is something to be said for exercising caution though, the only problem is you guys issued way too much of it and still lost members of your team. You need to be aggressive. All of this said, you guys demonstrated some good qualities. You attempted to keep everyone informed of the situation for one, and for another you all worked together, even planning quick breaches on the fly. I mean you completed the course after all, that should be considered. There's a lot of room for improvement here though. Just remember gentlemen/women: aggressive not restless.

The one thing Osama didn't expect, airsoft players.

To be honest, this really wasn't all that interesting. The idea was great, and the map was great, and the "you breach here and we'll breach there" tactics were great, but then it just got bogged down by super slow movement and hiding constantly. Remember the breaching simulator you guys did with the actual SWAT soldiers? You breach, you flash, you haul it and neutralize the hostiles before that flashbang wears off. I understand that you didn't have as much prep time or the experience as an actual SWAT team would, but still. They have a hostage and every second you stay hiding in the belly of the plane is time that my get them killed. Get it, neutralize the targets, secure the hostage, get out. Just saying that, in the future, try putting a little more force into your task force.
