That's cool brother. For the internals I would probably use a gas system, but it will cost more than an electric firing system. You can probably adapt many of the gun's actual features to aid the functioning of the gun. I'm sorry to burden you more, but after you finish one of your projects, I'm curious if you can make a Stinger machinegun from WWII. That would be really cool, but money will always be an issue.
Thank you. I’ll look into getting something in HPA. There are always people selling old stuff. I have plenty more templates, so I’m sure I’ll get around to a stinger at some point. You’re actually not the first to ask lol. I’d maybe use something with a dual sector gear and a 11.1 lipo to get the rate of fire necessary, but that may be an issue at fields.
