Opening a gearbox in the field... you're a brave man. The only tools I take with me are tools for reconnecting motor plugs or unjamming a barrel. + some electrical tape and zip-ties. For everything else I switch to a spare replica
Your game repair kit is impressive. I play outdoor only, so no plug ins for electrical problems and soldering, and the pack-in limits how much weight I bring. My whole setup fits in a 500rd 5.56 plastic ammo can. Full break down tools for minor problems I have encountered, but I love the idea of bringing additional tappets and springs. I should probably start carrying a similar kit of tools. I just end up bringing a back up rifle if anything happens. I’ve been lucky and never had my primary go down before in my 8 years or so of Airsoft.
i don't bring extra parts. also do not bring and iron or dremal. I do bring 3 guns and when one goes done it just means i get to give another some love.
I have a ts100 soldering iron. Best soldering iron I've ever used. I build fpv quad copters. It's great for out in the field. It can operate off a 4s lipo. Probably can off a 3s also. Or if your around an outlet, a laptop battery charger works great 👍 Highly recommend it. Also you can play Tetris on it.
I've watched my tool kit grow foen a few simple things to a dedicated bag along with springs, motors both long and short type, buckings, fuses!!!!, and so much more lol I take no less than 3 guns with me to each game and if it's an all day event pretty much every gun
I'm shocked you're not using a fishing tackle box for more organization. I am ready to upgrade already and only at one year in. Have you considered using a cordless Dremel and soldering iron for the field?

About to rebuild a donor Classic Army G36C basic internals just upgrade compression parts, hop up chamber and rubbers, barrel. Also spring guide and new M110 spring short stroke sector on 18:1 SSG. The gas block or gas tube which runs parallel with the outer Barrel sheared off and a customer just gave it to me. I've never personally worked on one I noticed that there's a lot of body pins and bits to go missing. Any videos of you doing a full disassembly and assembly and that way I can add this pos basic b***h.
