I specifically remember announcing an update to the weapon hit rule during the morning brief for this day. The player should have retuned to respawn after the weapon hit unless he had a secondary on him. Great video

I think weapon hits are an acceptable rule, as long as you switch to a secondary after you call it out. Yes a gun could stop a bullet, but you can't expect it to function afterwards.

As others have stated, it's good to not hear players whining about being shot, however, it is really refreshing to see so many players who are finally taking their personal safety to heart and wearing decent face/eye protection.

I'm not familiar with UK flora. Similar biomes in the US would have a lot of poison oak, poison ivy, poison sumac, etc. Do you have to deal with any rash causing plants out there?

This channel fully got me into airsofting. It's amazing to see people playing for all sorts of different reasons and I love it. Some play to socialise others play for the sport. Me personally I love the immersion you can get on some locations around the UK. I like to have my own little scenarios as a fighter in battle

Okay, airsoft gets SUCH a bad rap from the usual suspects. Nattering naybobs of negativity. But this looks like SO MUCH FLIPPIN FUN!!!! I think this is also an ideal way to get in the field combat training, to learn your local surroundings and how to avoid enemy detection. Garand Thumb would be most pleased.

I'm not into the whole airsoft thing, so maybe someone can explain something to me: Since this isn't like a paintball game (which is essentially just a mix of "capture the flag" and long distance, sudden-death tag), where the splatter of paint actually MARKS the person who's been shot, what's to stop anyone that gets shot from just IGNORING the shot and continuing towards the goal? Are there referees just swarming the playing field, watching/waiting for someone to get hit, ready to throw up a marker of some sort?🤷

Whilst serving in the RAF I took my football team (under 16's) to a paintball centre years ago, when we arrived there there was a large family of German's, including several young women (18+ years old), the boys ambushed them near the central safe area, yes a lot of tears, I did feel very sorry for the young women but at the time it was very funny, again as with here they had ZERO field craft skills/knowledge, loudly trapsing thru the woods with no attempt to be concealed, might as well have had a huge dayglo target on them.

You need to make up calling cards as consolation trophies for people who you take out with a slide tap on the head! Say something like "You better have eyes in the back of your head if the Mustang is out hunting" or "Bring this to Kicking Mustang after play and get your prize" and have a patch for them. I'll bet some would hang those up as keep sakes. For the guys/gals that take you out in a special way, hand them a gold challenge coin. The guy crossing the trail in front of you that you whistled at, it looked like he actually had been shot with a real firearm the way he recoiled! LOL!
