Next up in the kit series we have the Bergen the primary but if kit for transporting all the essentials for a weekend away at AIRSOFT on a mislim event or similar.

Hi there thanks for the comment, it’s tailored pouch that isn’t branded by a company as its hand made from sheets of material with an added zip and buckles. Companys to look at that do basha pouches to fit to packs are JayJays of Brecon, dragon supplies and mission tailors.

Great content as always. Tho my question is would you take any spare clothing like trousers/ubac type stuff with you just incases.

Thank you bud, good shout and valid question, I have done in the past and in all the years of events I’ve never had to use them. I did take a spare pair of trousers and a top but they never got used so sacked them off. I may well of jinxed myself now though! 😂😂

New to the channel. Quick question if i may!! Where did you get the dpm basha pouch,i can only find mtp ones. Being a stonch dpm kinda lad id like one in dpm for my Dutch army bergen. Great videos. All the best from North East🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Hi mate thanks for the comment, I was gifted the my Bergen with the mods allready done, the DPM basha or poncho pouch on the front would of been made from scratch by the tailor who added the mods to the bag. This could of been JayJays dragon supplies etc but I’m not sure. I will try and find out and get back to you asap. 👊👍

Nice video. I’m a big fan of Brit gear. I finally got a short back Bergen and I’m sewing up my own PLCE set. How much does your pack weigh when it’s loaded?

Have you tried pre-packing and “top flapping” your daysack. It’s pretty common practice in the infantry. Usually (in the RS world ) the daysack would have spare radio batteries, maybe mortar bombs, section GPMG link, more ammo, some wet/warm kit etc. It’s really down to mission etc. For airsoft I’ve used it off additional mags, pyro, rations/brew kit etc (if I’m not using a full belt kit) again it’s mission specific.

Hey bud thanks for that, tbh I’ve never really thought about pre packing it, but it does make sense even if it’s some generic items in there and you only have to add a couple of things in, it would make the readying up that much quicker! Great tip thanks!

@@ThePunishedOne yup absolutely, you can have a few core generic items already in there and I’m sure from experience you know what you’ll pack in a daysack for 99% of milsims. There may be mission specific items or props, that you might be issued at the event, but that take a few seconds to add. Good content bud, keep it going. 😁
