Real airsoft snipers in action at Section8 in Scotland, recording using a canon bridge camera, hand held no stabilisation, minor editing was done on an Apple iMac using iMovie cos I'm a tight Scottish person who does not wanna pay lots of cash for complex video editing software.

scout have you considered investing in a stabilizer? not one of those crazy movie rigs that cost a ton. Something like a 2 or 3 axis gimbal.

I'm the Marksman for my Fireteam here in the States but my Bolt Action Rifle is just not cutting it anymore. Players are just rushing my side when we defend. One gun that a lot of snipers like is the m1911 because the mags are small and you can put some anywhere. But any pistol will work so try to find a pistol that you like a lot and fits your playstyle because you'll have to use it whenever someone gets closer than your sites minimum engagement distance for snipers.

How many teeth injuries do you guys get? Here in Denmark it's required by law to wear a mesh lower half / full-face, so i'm kinda curious.

+Mike S. I have never had any tooth damage from Airsoft in ten years of playing. However Treacle toffee has caused me lots of tooth damage, it should be banned by law.

it would bring it down to 400 to 450 stop using the shitty .12 g bb from a Wal-Mart , it will cause damage to your rifle, trust good brands like elite force, and if you have access bb bastards

scout, wouldn't the sniper rifle which has next to no sound be better as you can be closer to the opposition and fire without being detected

+HarryBurkin (great randomness) Yes for the player its better, but for me as the person filming them its no use. I done RU-vid for so many years that I know the comments which will be made even before I upload a video. So if I filmed a sniper who's gun is totally silent, then put it on youtube, there would be endless comments like "His guns not shooting" and I can't be bothered dealing with this, so for me, its far better to film a gun which can be heard.

Realistically what's the maximum range these things will leave welts on you? I had to give up my airsoft gaming before it could begin I'm just curious.

Honestly I don't really know the exact range but it would have to be pretty close and the weapon would have to have a very high fps.

Would it be wise to paint your sniper (eg. L96) to have custom color? I was planning to get some day a L96A1 and paint it to look like AWP - Asiimov, Hyper Beast, Redline or Worm God. Just asking that are they just going to be a massive easy target to spot. If that wouldn't be suitable for outside games, then can they be used inside??

+_MaZ_ It might be a little easier to see but why not? I have mines painted digital and would have gone for something much more complicated if I could do it. I think its good to be different in a sea of tan, olive and black (and the odd camo) guns :)

+Imp4ct Airsoft Thx for answering. Yeah I see a lot of softing weapons that are either black, green or woodland green. It's so that you won't be seen so easily, but if you aren't just proning on this one spot 24/7 and are moving quite a lot, it really doesn't matter.

well, for the fun factor, go ahead but if you do that, you will be spotted quickly however you can always just cover it with a ghillie wrap to help blend in

Don't listen to ronnie, suppresors don't dampen the sound, the sound is coming from the gearbox, so you need to shim it and get a good motor height

a polarstar in a combat machine is 600 dollars on amped airsoft, 700 with a tank, line and firebase. idk where you got 2000 dollars from.

+Vaughn N. You may have to wait a few years for that. I have more views than most you tubers who have 1 Million subs, strange. Another youtube channel released an interview with me, filmed at Section8 a few months back, so you can see me if you look around. To be honest I prefer to keep a low profile, photos of me are few and far between. Yet I have been spotted in the street by total strangers, who watch my videos.
