Yes, that wood color of the window frame adds a lot, because it ties together other wooden elements, you already have. Staining was the right choice :)

It’s so beautiful. Next time you purchase a fridge you can buy a “counter depth”. It won’t stick out so much. We did that. What a difference.

Your stone wall is just perfect, it was a great addition to your kitchen. You popped in my feed a few weeks ago and I am trying to watch as many of your videos as possible. My husband and I bought our home 3 1/2 years ago and are completely redoing the inside. It was built in 1985 and has never been updated. My mauve bathroom is just lovely! Anyway, I always take so much inspiration from your videos, I just love your home and all that you have done to it. My Dad lived in northern Michigan in our family cabin, so I feel a connection with you. Thank you for sharing all of your videos with all of us, I truly appreciate it. God Bless Andrea!

That is my favorite corner of your home, just beautiful. I am not a fan of stainless steel, so I hope your dream of the vintage appliances comes true. Love the idea of replacing the sink to the high back...my favorite kind of sink next to a farmhouse sink. If you change nothing at all it is a gorgeous kitchen and more that most gals ever get to have. Blessings upon your home and family.

Here I am again telling you that your home is like my dream home!! Your kitchen window trim/ and wall looks like it has been there for years. The stain is beautiful. I love how it naturally blends together the wood beams, the copper elements and even the cutting boards and baskets. Warm country cottage feel. I do like the different drawer pulls and the upper cabinet pulls as they are. Too much matching gives it that showroom feel and I think it takes away from your personal style. And that’s what makes your style so different. That’s what brings all your viewers back. You really have a great eye for design that makes everything feel light and airy from the second you enter your house. I am thrilled each time I see another video is posted. Thank you again for inviting us into your home. PS: your husband did a great job on the window trim and baseboard as well.

Beautiful done! I love it! Think about attaching some painted white or stained bead-board to the refrigerator on the grey vinyl side facing the kitchen's entry. Then add some shallow plate racks or another place to put more cutting boards in that area above the counter. Doing this will make the refrigerator look more built-in and not so new and modern. You have done such a lovely job of making the kitchen feel vintage cottage farmhouse! You have a natural God-given talent for making things beautiful! I have enjoyed finding and following you recently. PS A White apron front sink would be an easier change than most people think! You can higher a granite fabricator to alter your counter top and I am sure your hubby could do the rest! God Bless XOXOX

Love your home, and style, I too love cottage with a French country spin, love what you have done so far, it has such a light and bright look to it and even thou it’s still winter outside the inside has such a summery feel , I just love it. The window trim is perfect! When I do something that turns out better than expected, my mind goes into overdrive for the next project too.😉. If you can’t find handles you love, you can use two beautiful knobs. I did this on my kitchen cabinets because I wanted vintage brass but couldn’t find handles I liked, but found some beautiful vintage brass knobs, and with two holes, voila!! A chance for extra jewelry! 😁😁

Great videos- I feel inspired everytime, right down to the banana bread recipe! Still plan on baking that soon! I grew up in a 1932 English style house- we had the stained wood living room beams, pointed roof over the front door. Always wil love that home-

Honestly I don't think I would paint the window frame White I feel like maybe it would be washed out from the color of the Stone. I think it's perfect the way it is. You have amazing taste in decorating. You rock!👍🌺🌻🥀💜

YOU or Hubby could take off your black kitchen cabinet pulls and successfully paint them with Rustoleum Bronze Paint. Your home is be beautiful inside and out. I Love your dining room corner cabinet. TFS and I am a new subscriber in the last few weeks.

Yes I just love this look! Love your faucet and copper accents! Our kitchen is a nice size, so we want to do the exact same thing in our kitchen. We don’t have a lot of wall space. We have a lot of windows and cabinets on the 2 walls that we want the air stone on. Can you put air stone on a post column? We have one in between the kitchen and family room. I hate it just painted, would love stone on it without it being and looking heavy! Our sink is dark like your counters, but faucet is plain, it’s what I wanted. We have antique copper molds hanging over all the windows and doors and it’s our artwork since the walls are way too narrow for general pictures and art. Our sink is a huge tub swan stone sink, in a dark blackish charcoal and it’s super easy to keep clean!

I wouldn’t change the window over the sink because it looks lovely with the cabinets and the back wall window is set apart and looks original and different. I love your house and kitchen.

We used air stone for our fireplace too. I did some research and it is made from recycled wine bottles.

I love my white porcelain sink. It gleams so beautiful in my kitchen. Many people hate them because they can get dark marks in them from pans but a product called "Barkeepers friend" and a magic eraser cleans them up and polishes the porcelain.

!st of all, you have created a beautiful home! I love the stone wall and the wooden window frame looks great against the stone. The wood tone ties into the ceiling beams,your cutting boards,etc. I think the wooded frame around the window would look great against the copper faucet. The copper pots look great and your other ideas sound great!

I wouldn’t change the window trim above the sink. The white highlights your beautiful copper faucet and hanging light. I think the natural wood right there would look too busy..... Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. You have an amazing eye. And why isn’t anybody say anything about your husband. Oh my god what a hunk, cutie!!!! Please more clips of him doing stuff. 😂😂😂

Hi Andrea, I’m doing my own Airstone fireplace but am struggling with cutting the tiles straight. You mentioned your husband bought a blade for his chop saw? Could you please share details of the type of blade and saw you used. Yours looks beautiful. I’m also going to do the grouting like you did. Merry Christmas!

Beautiful kitchen! Love what you have done 🙂I saw someone else, that was making a kitchen in a 1930ish style, and they chose handles and knobs, in a brass finish, with drawer pulls, just like yours, and then a square knob with a subtle 1930s style for the cabinet doors. Maybe an idea?

Love, love your kitchen with your wood and copper accents. Did you ever consider painting the side of your refrigerator just so it blends in better with the cupboards or back wall.
