It works. No need to open the mechanism. Just from the side separate the 4 wires then connect the red to the green. Thank you

I had an old unit laying down in my office (with the red light blinking) and went to the market to get some Glade cans. Of course the b!tch didn’t work as intended using these, so I opened the device, unscrew the mechanism, removed the sensor, and tangle both red and green wires (leave the other 2 alone). Although the led light doesn’t flash anymore, so far is working fine without issues. Thanks man and God bless you!

Not worked for me.I joint red and green wire, its stop red light flashing but still not working.
