A simple recipe for condensed milk muffins. Prepared quickly and from the smallest and most affordable amount of ingredients. The cupcakes are very tender, soft and airy.
Ingredients:
Condensed milk - 380 gr
Eggs - 2 pieces
Sour cream - 100 gr
Flour - 200 gr
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Detailed preparation:
1. Mix eggs, condensed milk and sour cream until smooth.
2. Sift flour with baking powder and knead the dough.
3. Pour the dough into molds by 2/3, because it rises well.
4. Bake in preheated to 180C for 20-25 minutes.
Delicious muffins are ready. Bon Appetit!
