For anyone that doesn't read the manga, know it still hasn't been revealed how Hanako (Amane) died. Personally, I think he killed himself out of guilt for killing Tsukasa. Though he was his (likely sexual) abuser, remember, Hanako always forgave him for hurting him. He never held animosity towards him, showing how Hanako had always cared for him regardless. That's what I think, at least, based off of all 66 chapters so far :)

*Chapter 78 of tbhk/jshk manga spoilers* after i read chapter 78, and the child in the red house has been identified and confirmed to be Tsukasa, and we find out 4 y.o Tsukasa has been trapped in that house forever in exchange for Amane's/Hanako's terminal illness to disappear, in other words, for Amane/Hanako to continue living so now, i think that the real Tsukasa is that 4 y.o Tsukasa, and the Tsukasa we've known until now isnt the real Tsukasa, and rather, is like Mitsuba- someone created a new Tsukasa to be Amane's/Hanako's new twin bro (like how Tsukasa made a new Mitsuba- technically-) , and thats the Tsukasa that Amane/Hanako killed (somehow-) because based off the relationship between Amane/Hanako and Tsukasa shown in chapter 78 from when they were 4 years old, they both cared for each other and brotherly love and all, ik alot couldve changed since then but yeah- chances are im just trying my best to find valid reasons/excuses for Tsukasa so i can finally get rid of the internal conflict i hve with myself on if i like Tsukasa or hate him bc i rlly want to like Tsukasa, but i also rlly dislike him :'D
