Can’t agree more. 👌 if the anchor is not precise enough he can dilute the interview itself. This guy I thought did a good job matching to that of Parthiban himself. 👍 Parthiban scoring more mileage in prom programmes and interviews than he did the character in the movie itself.

Parthiban was almost useless in this movie unlike the Chinna Palu in the book.. Lolz... His number of interviews is more than his time space ..oopsy

@@vijayaprabu6669 The few scenes as ilaya pazhaveteriyan , the solemn 👀 look. Don’t you think there was something eerie about the two pazhavetariyans. They brought it out so well. Aishwarya Rai was beautiful. But to be the cunning crafty young woman NAndhini they should have put a younger person like Keerthi Suresh. Rai is too old for a young girl marrying an old man sort of thing. She and Sarathkumar must be of the same age

I am a Tamil and reasonably well read and informed in Tamil as a language and culture & history and totally relate to Raja raja cholan. Yet the movie kept me guessing forever about the story. This many characters may have justified the original due to its mega length running to five volumes. Trying to can it into a 3 hour movie was a failure. Tamils could relate to the story, their favourite actors’ cast in the movie or their celebrated directors etc etc but outside that identity, guess the movie is a complete confusion. Watched Bahubali in theatres and it appealed better than this movie, despite me being no Telugu. 😩

Instead of asking Jayaram to put on weight for that role Maniratnam could have given the role to Parthiban who would have suited that hefty man's role.
