Well, sometimes blood ain't family, and family ain't blood. Find or make some friends who are good people and celebrate with them. Your blood family failed you, so make your own family and lose the blood family phone number. You deserve better than that. Huh. Didn't realize I was the first comment. Cool.
Defiantly distance yourself from them - that 11 year old brat is going to be an absolute monster in a couple years, and will be awful to your kids. Make special traditions with your kids for the holidays, and ignore parents and the brat, but expect them to reach out to complain about you not acting showing up and putting on a good show. Especially expect complaints for not sending the brat gifts. There’s at least a small chance one of them will pull their head out if you ignore them first the holidays, and no chance of it if you show up and play happy family.
I feel really Sad for OP and her kids, her family was abusive and I'm glad she is happier now, she has her kids, and they have her, it's better to be alone than have Bad company "mejor solo que mal acompañado" 💔

Well, OP already lives 2 hours away, at least, and I think in another state. I may not be remembering that correctly. So, she's away from them. I'd get a new phone number as well, and make new holiday traditions with my kids. Gotta love these parents though. It sounds like they are teaching the 11 year old that she can do whatever she wants. That's fine, until the day comes when the spoiled brat they've raised comes in contact with a situation they cannot control, and their Golden Child can't get her way.
