Ichigo and Aizen both teamed up to defeat the full power yhwach ( it was arrow that shot yhwach chest by uryu, and at that instant yhwach power got paused for while at that instant, and then ichigo with his broken zanpakuto ended yhwach and sealed him as next soul king forever in peace. ) *BTW. Captain Aizen loses to none of them except Yhwach himself. I only say that because that form is the most cautious out of all of Aizen's forms, planning everything to the letter for a victory. The only one he will most likely get stopped at would be Yhwach himself since he has ridiculous plot armor and hax.

Uryu is not beating Aizen, he's immortal. Even if he wasn't, complete hypnosis fucks him over completely and he's just stronger for the most part as well.
Monster Aizen cant die, even Mugetsu couldn't kill him when Mugetsu Ichigo was supposed to be a higher realm than Aizen when fused with Hogyoku. Literally he was able to keep up with SK Yhwach FP while being sealed. Unsealed Aizen solos him

Literally if we take the fact he was able to not only use Perfect Hypnosis on Yhwach without the latter realising it AND fight Yhwach with only 3 seals off, Aizen UNSEALED would have either tie or we could debate whether he would have won.

Because if we believe what he says, what he already saw cannot be used against him. That means invisible attacks, attacks that speedblitzes his perception of things or even attacks that affects his view like Perfect Hypnosis CAN affect him and do considerable damages

It's probably one of the top five most intelligent characters in anime. His pressure pressure alone brought Grimmjow to his knees the same way Yamamoto brought Nano to her knees. This is also one of the reasons Bleach characters are far more powerful than Naruto characters. If Gremmy launched a meteor at Aizen, I highly doubt Aizen would have to move from his spot. He would either Danku it, slash it with one arm stroke, or send it back in some crazy way. The guy is basically Frieza against Gremmy. Gremmy will rant about how powerful he is, not realizing he was defeated 5 minutes ago by Aizen. It's not even a challenge.
