Its in the contract.. Fury will retire after the UYSK fights. Uysk will not want any part of it by then (he will be 37-38. Why risk his already amazing unbeaten career to fight a very dangerous guy that nearly beat him last time.

Aj may have performed to the level of Accrington but he's shown to be a top pl operator on many occasions, more than dubois. Don't be a sucker for recency bias. There's a reason practically all of the boxing world picked aj to win.

@aaronlawlor9475 yes klitschko and parker who's belt he took, he beat whyte, povetkin, who was ranked 3rd at the time. He lost to one of the greatest fighters of all time in usyk (twice). A big puncher in their 20's something the like of fury of wilder have never fought and he avenged his loss vs ruiz. AJ has been a very good fighter in his era, he just wasn't the best. That accolade belongs to usyk who has proven that, everyone else is playing second fiddle.

Yet, despite that, Klitschko almost had Joshua out of there. Parker was a solid win, but the Povetkin fight is overrated. Povetkin was ranked 3rd by the WBA, but he wasn’t really the 3rd best heavyweight in the world. and just because you're ranked high by a specific belt organisation doesn’t mean you’re one of the top fighters. At the time of the fight, Povetkin was closer to 8th in the world and was on the verge of retirement, much like Klitschko. AJ has now lost badly three times and has been knocked down numerous times. When will people accept that he’s not the fighter many thought he was? I don’t gamble much, maybe once a year, but I won £250 last Saturday because I saw what was coming, and the odds were too good to pass up. Joshua just can’t demonstrate basic, fundamental boxing when he’s under pressure, like we saw on Saturdays fight. When faced with a strong, prime opponent, his weaknesses are exposed. He walked straight into a fighter throwing bombs as if he was invincible (even though he had been down numerous times)! Look at Fury, he can get knocked down and still win the remainder of the round and the remainder of the fight. Joshua, on the other hand, can’t take many clean shots, and when he does, he struggles to recover and doesn't know what to do at all and how to give yourself time. I I still think Fury wins the rematch and it goes to a third fight. But UYSK can be beaten and if Fury cant get it done, Dubois will do it f he gets the rematch. He is going to have gained so much confidence from Saturday. But then I think Fury could beat a guy like Dubois easier then he could beat a UYSK type fighter.
