ajahn is a great guy ,funny humble and devoted to muay thai. i spent 7 months training at his gym in chiang mai twice a day and learnt so much and found his teachings to be easy to understand as yu can see from his videos. if you get a chance travel to thailand and learn from one of the best and his trainers are all champions of note,7 months ill never forget and awesome people at the gym doing the same thing i was .
