Just watched this again a few months after the first time. Picked up so much more this time round. As your practise improves you can experience what he is saying directly . I believe this is called insight :-) Thankyou whoever is adding all these videos.
Thank you so much for this understanding of our minds. I can understand why, I, and many people hold to grudges. Recognising this helps us to become aware of anger , which blocks wisdom.
